Notification pursuant to

In accordance with the Law of 02.05.2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings, Cofinimmo announces having received a notification of shareholding from the Group Crédit Agricole with registered offices at 75008 Paris, 48 rue de la Boétie.

Between 02.06.20173 and 24.11.2017, the percentage of voting rights linked to Cofinimmo shares held by the Crédit Agricole Group rose from 4.99 % to 5.01 %.
