Azim Premji (L) and Yuvraj Singh (R) recently announced their retirement.
Wipro boss Azim Premji and Indian skipper Yuvraj Singh recently announced their retirement from their respective fields. Here's what the two legends do not have in common.

Vital coincidences: There’s only one, perhaps. Both retired around the same time. Otherwise they are as different as Wipro and Uber. Yuvraj gave his retirement address in shorts, get it?

Vital differences: The consciously ascetic Premji used a Toyota Corolla for years and travelled economy. Yuvraj, as revealed by teammate Ashish Nehra, demands a top of the line Merc even if he is on a visit to the UK.

Vital legacy: Premji made Indian IT mighty. Also made white hair fashionable. Yuvraj contributed in India winning the World Cup in 2011. Gave Stuart Broad white hair.

Vital foods: Premji’s grandfather was called the Rice King of Burma. Yuvraj, at one point, was the paratha king of the Indian team.

Vital next thing: Philanthropy and a guiding role in Wipro for Mr Premji. A holiday for Yuvraj and then he too may join the bearded herd in slim pants in the commentary box.
