Silicon Legal Strategy Welcomes Former Donahue Fitzgerald Associate Michael Perez

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that Michael Perez has joined the firm as an associate in its San Francisco office. 

Michael advises early-stage and emerging technology companies, as well as venture capital and angel investors on a variety of legal matters, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, entity formations and general corporate governance issues.  Prior to joining Silicon Legal, Michael was an associate with Donahue Fitzgerald LLP’s Corporate and Real Estate groups in Walnut Creek, CA, where he acted as general outside counsel to several established and startup companies, advising them on a variety of corporate and real estate matters.  Prior to Donahue Fitzgerald, Michael was an associate in Cooley LLP’s Emerging Companies group in San Francisco.  Michael also worked as an employment litigation attorney at Littler Mendelson P.C. in San Diego, CA.

Michael received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley and his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Davis.
