Official incorporated on June 4, 2025, the institution will offer undergraduate and graduate degree programs across a wide range of disciplines, guided by the principles of Sikh philosophy and service-based leadership.
The university is being established as a California nonprofit public benefit corporation and will operate in full compliance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The future campus will house classrooms, research centers, administrative offices, and spiritual spaces that reflect the institution’s commitment to sustainability, equity, and Sikh-inspired design principles.
“Starting with a virtual presence allows us to reach students quickly and efficiently while we work on developing a physical campus that will reflect our values and serve as a center of excellence,” said Dr. Satpreet Singh, President.
